Delivery & Returns
We've partnered with FedEx to offer free delivery to customers within the continental US for any order above $65 and a $7.50 flat shipping fee for order below – simple.
We're not currently shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, Canada or Mexico because the shipping rates are too high. We're working on it!
We currently cannot ship to PO boxes.
We shall deliver the Products to the location set out when the order was placed or such other location as we may agree with you ("Delivery Location"). Delivery of the Products shall be completed on the Products' arrival at the Delivery Location.
We reserve the right to implement special promotions for delivery such as free delivery on all orders and not linked to a certain shopping basket value.
We aim to fulfill orders as fast as possible Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). During the fulfilment process, we will let you know via email when your products have been dispatched. You can track your order by clicking the provided link with the received notification email. We will deliver your Products to you as soon as reasonably possible and in any event within 30 days after the day on which we accept your order.
We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the Products is delayed by an event outside our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you can always request and receive a refund here for any Products you have paid for but not received.
Not here for your delivery?
If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the Products cannot be posted through your letterbox, the carrier might attempt to deliver your Products to a neighbour, or leave it in a safe place. If they leave your Products with a neighbour they will place a delivery card through your door to confirm this.
If we are unable to deliver your Products they will leave you a note informing you that delivery will be attempted again (usually on the next working day). They will attempt three deliveries before returning us the Products. After a number of deliveries they might leave your parcel at a local depot for you to pick up.
If you do not collect the Products after several failed delivery you do not re-arrange delivery, or collect them from a delivery depot we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs.
Damaged / Missing / Incorrect products delivered
We will refund you the price you paid for the Products including delivery costs (if applicable), by the method you used for payment. If you paid by Credit Card the refund will automatically be made to that card. If you paid by PayPal your refund will be processed via PayPal. We will pay the costs of return for damaged products, for incorrect supplied goods or a missing order. In all other circumstances you will pay the costs of return as explained above.

Request a refund / exchange
We only accept returns for non-liquid products such as tee-shirts and sweaters, pins. If you would like to request a return or refund, please return the item in question, alongside the order number, and a note explaining whether you would like a refund or an exchange. If the item is in good condition and can be resold, then we will proceed your request within 15 business days.
