We've partnered with FedEx to offer free delivery to customers within the contiguous US for any order above $65 and a $7.50 flat shipping fee for orders below.
We're not currently shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, Canada, or Mexico because the shipping rates are too high. We're working on it!
We cannot ship to PO boxes.

We shall deliver the Products to the location set out when the order was placed or such other location as we may agree with you ("Delivery Location"). Delivery of the Products shall be completed on the Products' arrival at the Delivery Location.
We reserve the right to implement special promotions for delivery such as free delivery on all orders and not linked to a certain shopping basket value.
We aim to fulfill orders as fast as possible Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). During the fulfillment process, we will let you know via email when your products have been shipped. You can track your order by clicking the provided link with the received notification email. We will deliver your Products to you as soon as reasonably possible and in any event within 30 days after the day on which we accept your order.
We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the Products is delayed by an event outside our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you can always request and receive a refund here for any Products you have paid for but not received.
Not going to be in when your delivery arrives?
If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the Products cannot fit in your mailbox, the carrier might attempt to deliver your Products to a neighbor, or leave it in a safe place.
If the carrier is unable to deliver your Products they may make additional attempts to deliver your package, or may redirect it to a nearby FedEx or FedEx OnSite location for pickup. If you do not collect the Products after several failed deliveries, do not re-arrange delivery, or collect them from a delivery depot we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs.
Refunds & Exchanges
If you would like to request a return or refund, please reach out to us via email explaining the issue, with the order number and, where relevant, proof of damage.
We accept exchanges for apparel only. If you’d like to receive a different size, you can contact us to arrange an exchange. Please be aware you will be responsible for return shipping costs, and we may have to charge shipping on your replacement order.
Regrettably, we cannot accept returns for Oat products, including our oat latte and chai latte cans. Returns are exclusively applicable to items from our Miscellaneous Collection. If you've purchased from our Miscellaneous Collection and wish to return the product due to dissatisfaction or a change of mind, please reach out to us at email@example.com. Kindly provide your order details, including the order number and the reason for the return. Please note that we will refund the product price, excluding the initial delivery costs where applicable. Return shipping expenses are your responsibility. The returned items must reach us within 14 days from the date of delivery, in a resalable condition, and preferably in the original packaging. Please note that we will refund the product price and the initial delivery costs, excluding return shipping expenses, which will be your responsibility.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods:
If your order is damaged, incorrect, or you are experiencing another problem with your products, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the issue, including your order number and, where applicable, proof of the damage or fault. Photos which include the product’s batch information will help us sort the issue ASAP.
