High on Acids
Acidity is a wonderful but slippery term to try to get to grips with. When cultivated correctly, acids can add brightness, zeal and imagination to your cup, helping to tell the true story of the coffee you’re drinking and illuminate all of the vibrant characteristics of its origin.
